Our Admission Process

At DPIC, the admission process is designed to be simple, transparent, and parent-friendly. Parents may contact the school through the landline or submit the registration form to begin the admission process and schedule an appointment with the Admission Counsellor.

Admissions are granted based on the school’s guidelines and document verification requirements. Parents are advised to complete the application carefully and ensure that all required documents are submitted at the time of admission.

Application Form

Admission applications must be submitted on the prescribed school form available from the school office or through the website.

Verification

Required documents such as birth certificate, previous school records, photo and address proof must be submitted for admission.

Admission Guideline

Incomplete applications will not be considered. The Principal reserves the right to accept or reject any application.

Joining Confirmation

A student selected for admission must join on the specified date, failing which the admission may be cancelled.

The Application Process

Obtain the Application Form

Collect the prescribed admission form from the school office or access it through the school website.

Complete the Registration

Fill in the application form carefully with all required student and parent details.

Schedule an Appointment

Contact the school landline or submit the registration form to take an appointment with the Admission Counsellor.

Submit Required Documents

Provide all necessary documents including birth certificate, previous school records, photographs, address proof, and Aadhaar details.

Verification and Review

The school will review the application and verify the submitted documents as per admission guidelines.

Fee Payment & Confirmation

Admission will be confirmed after the prescribed fee is paid within the time given by the school.

DPIC Admission Guidelines

Please carry the following documents during the admission process:

One attested photocopy of the original Municipal Birth Certificate
Original School Leaving Certificate
Previous School Report Cards
Three recent passport-size photographs of the child
One passport-size photograph each of both parents
Proof of residence such as Electoral Card, Passport, Driving Licence, Telephone Bill, or Lease Agreement
Aadhaar card details of the child and parents
Transfer Certificate and Report Card from the previous school, where applicable
